About software
Microsoft Office 365 is an application that allows you to create, edit, and share documents. This is an evolution of Microsoft Office main series. Office now lives in the cloud. Office 365 requires a subscription, but users are allowed to try it out for 30 consecutive days. Microsoft lets users purchase four different packages for between EUR7 and EUR10 per month (for personal use only). Office 365 lets users use all Office 2023 software online. Outlook is an organizational software for email and calendar. Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, word processors, and the word processor are all available. Office 365 can be accessed via a web browser. The suite’s apps always have the latest versions and/or editions. Microsoft Office Online should not be confused. This is Microsoft’s free online way to use Office programs.
OneDrive storage space can be used in conjunction with the above-mentioned applications as part of Office 365. OneDrive is Microsoft’s cloud-based service. Users also get access to a certain number of free call minutes on Skype. Office 365 provides offline support and multiplatform support (PC Mac, iOS, Android)
Office 365 allows you access the Office suite applications offline. This is because it was installed locally at the time you purchased the service. However, to continue using the software, you must log in to the online versions at least once a week to get updates. The cloud version will cease to be functional after 39 days. However, the offline version will still have all of the functions. However, after the period has expired, your account will be reactivated immediately and all functions are restored to the offline version.

- Other Internet functionality requires Internet connectivity. There may be fees
- Multi-touch functionality requires a touch-enabled device. All features and functionality can be accessed by using a keyboard or mouse. Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 only support touch features.
- Product functionality and graphics may vary based on your system configuration. Some features may require server connectivity or additional hardware.
- Microsoft account and/or organization account are required to license and access services.
- Skype requires a standard laptop camera (or USB 2.0 video camera), a microphone and an audio output device to fully utilize its calling features.
Downloading and installing Office 365
- Once you have finished downloading the required files, click the download button. Depending on the speed of your download, it could take between 30-60 minutes to finish.
